HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
As of this article's update, all Covid restrictions have been lifted for inbound mobility in France. The same cannot be said, however, for France's neighboring states. Please make sure to confirm each country's health requirements prior to any trips outside of France.
OVERVIEW
The short-stay visa (visa de court séjour) is for inbound students whose programs have durations of 90 days or less, including but not limited to:
- Exchange programs of less than 3 months
- French language programs
- Short certificate courses
- Short non-degree programs
- Summer programs
Applicants for this visa type do not need to contact Campus France and may proceed with their applications directly via France Visas.

You will be prompted to provide an EEF (Études en France) number on the France Visas wizard. The Philippines is not covered by the EEF procedure; the EEF number may be left blank.
TLS Contact
Following your account creation and form completion on France Visas, you will be requested to set an appointment at TLS Contact, with centers in Cebu and Manila to submit French visa applications. No applications are to be dropped off directly at the French Embassy.
Once received, a processing time of around 3-4 working weeks may be expected.
