The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their master's and Ph.D. programs. It gives an opportunity to future, foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants from developing countries up to 25 and 30 years old to pursue studies at the master’s and Ph.D. levels, respectively.
The Eiffel Excellence is unique in its application procedure; instead of students directly sending their applications to the Ministry's evaluating board, their chosen higher education institutions will process and, subsequently, refer their applications. Any applications sent directly by students or by foreign institutions will be declared ineligible.
