some advice from us
For degree programs
When you start applying to French higher education institutions, do not hesitate to ask them about their own scholarships and financial aid programs - some of these are available specifically for international students!.
Most of the time, you should already need to know what program (level, discipline) you will take before applying for scholarships and financial aid.
For exchange programs between French and Filipino partner institutions
If you plan to participate in an exchange program (study abroad semester), reach out to your home university in the Philippines (international relations office) and ask them if they have scholarships for these programs. Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University - Manila, and the University of the Philippines - Diliman are some of the Philippine higher education institutions that have active partnerships with France and habitually send their students on exchange programs.
