At present, there are no officially recognized equivalences between French and Philippine degrees.
For Filipinos, completing a pre-requisite degree is usually enough to be able to apply to degree programs in France (HS for undergrad, undergrad for Master’s, Master’s for PhD)
Students from the Philippines may apply directly to French schools and universities, as long as they are in the final year or have completed a pre-requisite degree (high school for undergraduate, undergraduate for Master’s, and Master’s for PhDs).
The application process is almost always done online through the French higher education institution’s website.
