2024 PhilFrance Scholarships Applications Open!

Scholarships under the PhilFrance label, the PhilFrance Master, and the PhilFrance-DOST, are open to applications as of February 9, 2024.

The annually offered scholarships are once again receiving submissions from graduate-level and doctorate applicants. The PhilFrance Master aims to provide grantees with a comprehensive scholarship package during their 2-year master's degree in any discipline, while the PhilFrance-DOST finances the mobility of master- and Ph.D.-level students pursuing programs in the natural sciences via co-financing with the Philippines' Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute.
